For white males, the rate of nonfatal intmate partner violence began at 1.6 in 1993 and increased to 1.7 in 1994. The rate then decreased to a low of 0.5 in 2003. After 2003, it fluctuated with a high of 1.1 as it increased to 0.7 in 2005.
