1. DESCRIBE THE IMPACT THAT VOCA FUNDS HAVE HAD ON YOUR PROGRAM'S ABILITY TO MEET THE NEEDS OF CRIME
   VICTIMS. 
1.	Federal dollars make it possible for us to deliver more benefits to more crime victims. We have used hundreds of thousands of Federal dollars over the years to help pay the various financial losses of the victims we serve. Also, knowledge of the availability of the Federal formula grant allows us to plan for addressing the unmet needs of crime victims.
 
2. HOW DO YOU MEASURE YOUR PROGRAM'S EFFICIENCY AND EFFECTIVENESS IN REDUCING THE FINANCIAL IMPACT
   OF CRIME ON VICTIMS? WHAT ARE THE RESULTS? 
2.	We monitor the lengths of time for processing claims and making payments to ensure that they remain at consistently low levels. We use an average of all claims using an automated means. We survey claimants and allied professionals periodically. We receive uniformly positive ratings.

   STATE'S ABILITY TO PROVIDE COMPENSATION OR IMPROVE VICTIM SERVICES. 
We have used administrative funds for STACAP charges only. STACAP charges are mandatory State assessments against draws from funding sources other than the State General Fund. We must pay these charges when we make payments from Federal funds.
