We also evaluate the narrative comments from the VOCA Assistance subgrantees in their yearly Performance Reports. These comments on the Victims Compensation Program are reflective of the improvements. To the extent that there are areas of concern with the comments, we address them within the Victims Compensation Program and/or with the VOCA Assistance subgrantees.
