1. DESCRIBE THE IMPACT THAT VOCA FUNDS HAVE HAD ON YOUR PROGRAM'S ABILITY TO MEET THE NEEDS OF CRIME VICTIMS. VOCA funds continue to enable this program to meet the needs of victims in a timely manner, as well as allow us to continue to expand benefits to effectively meet the needs of victims.

2. HOW DO YOU MEASURE YOUR PROGRAM'S EFFICIENCY AND EFFECTIVENESS IN REDUCING THE FINANCIAL IMPACTH OF CRIME ON VICTIMS? WHAT ARE THE RESULTS? We measure our average processing time by averaging all paid claims through automated means. Our average time from receipt to decision is 9.06 weeks. Our average time from decision to payment is .57 weeks. Therefore, our combined average processing is 9.63 weeks.
