The Office of Management and Budget (OMB) updated several parts of the government-wide guidance in Title 2 of the Code of Federal Regulations, including the requirements in the 2 C.F.R. Part 200, which are commonly referred to as the "Part 200 Uniform Requirements." On October 1, 2024, these updated requirements became effective for all OJP applicants and funding recipients.
