Abstract
THE COURSE IN WHICH THE TEXT AND TEACHER'S GUIDE IS USED CAN BE TAUGHT EITHER BY HISTORY OR SOCIAL SCIENCE TEACHERS WITH AN APPRECIATION OF LEGAL PROBLEMS OR BY LAWYERS WITH AN UNDERSTANDING OF SOCIAL PROBLEMS. INSTRUCTORS ARE URGED TO PRESENT THE MATERIALS AND TO CONDUCT DISCUSSIONS ON A 'ONE LAYMAN TO ANOTHER' BASIS. THE TEACHER'S GUIDE CONSISTS OF DISCUSSION MATERIALS (QUESTIONS, CASE STUDIES, ETC.)
