Food and Beverage

Introduction

The purpose of this section is to provide guidance to Office of Justice Programs (OJP) awardees (including cooperative agreement recipients) and contractors (including subrecipients) that desire to provide food and/or beverages at an event. While the provision for food and/or beverages may be allowable, you and your subrecipients are not required to provide food and/or beverages at training sessions, meetings, or conferences.
