Intellectual Property Crime Forum to Follow Conference on December 8

WASHINGTON - Attorney General Eric H. Holder, Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano, Associate Attorney General Thomas Perrelli, Assistant Attorney General Laurie O. Robinson, and James H. Burch, II, Acting Director, Bureau of Justice Assistance, will speak at the 2010 Bureau of Justice Assistance National Conference in Washington, D.C., Monday, December 6, through Wednesday, December 8. A forum about Intellectual Property Crime will be held at the conclusion of the conference on Wednesday, December 8. During this meeting, the Council will receive updates on their priority issues and hear from representatives of the Chicago Area Project (CAP)?a network of more than 50 grassroots organizations and special projects aimed at promoting positive youth development and preventing juvenile delinquency through advocacy, community organizing, and direct services.
