WASHINGTON - Attorney General Eric H. Holder, Jr., will host the Department of Justice's National Crime Victims' Rights Week prelude events on Thursday, April 15, and Friday, April 16, 2010. This year's theme, "Crime Victims' Rights: Fairness. Dignity. Respect." brings attention to the progress made in serving victims of crime.
