Model Cities Initiative
The Model Cities Initiative (MCI) is directing nearly $300 million in federal funding to transform public safety in America’s cities. Qualifying cities will have 90 days to submit proposals, and this initiative is expected to award two to four American cities funds to implement comprehensive and innovative strategies that reduce crime, restore law and order, and enhance public safety.
