National Crime Victims' Rights Week is April 8-14, 2018. In honor of all victims of crime, a Victims' Rights March will take place on Tuesday, April 10th beginning at 4:00 p.m. at the Liberty Bell and finishing at Mill Creek Park on 21st Street.
