The Maryland State Board of Victim Services hosts the annual Maryland Crime Victims' Rights Conference during National Crime Victims' Rights Week.
At the conference, the Governor will be presenting the Governor's Victim Assistance Awards. There are three awards that will be presented; The Virginia Mahoney, Henry Gleim Memorial and Vincent Roper Memorial Awards, to individuals located in both the public and private sector that have demonstrated outstanding performance in providing services and support to Maryland's victims of crime during the 2018 calendar year (January 1, 2018, to December 31, 2018).
