Charging Juvenile Delinquency Cases

This course will help prosecutors how to evaluate cases prior to charging. Law enforcement narratives don't often easily reveal weak points in cases that should be considered prior to charging. This case will help prosecutors anticipate weaknesses and how to address them whether it be asking for more investigation, charging differently or dropping the case altogether.
