This webinar will provide details for potential applicants to the Bureau of Justice Assistance's (BJA's) FY 2023 STOP School Violence Training and Technical Assistance (STOP TTA) Program solicitation. The BJA presenters will discuss the purpose and goals of this funding opportunity, review its eligibility requirements, and address frequently asked questions.
This program will provide funding for training and technical assistance to support awardees under the BJA STOP School Violence Program and the Office of Community Oriented Policing Services School Violence Prevention Program. The successful applicant will serve as BJA's Students, Teachers, and Officers Preventing (STOP) School Violence National Training and Technical Assistance Center. Originally funded in 2019, this STOP TTA Center serves as a multidisciplinary center that provides expert-led training, technical assistance, and a database of additional resources to address school safety challenges.
