MADD will join the Tennessee Board of Parole (TBOP), the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI), the Tennessee Department of Correction (TDOC), and the Tennessee Rehabilitative Initiative in Correction (TRICOR) for a ceremony in Knoxville to promote victims� rights, and honor crime victims as well as those who advocate on their behalf.
