This training is for multi-disciplinary teams (MDTs) that work with child sexual abuse victims. This 3.5 day training helps participants develop their team environment, navigate conflict within the team, and enhance their efficiency in getting the best outcomes and services they can for the victims they serve.
Teams must have core representation from Children's Advocacy Center (CAC) Director, Child Protective Services, Law Enforcement and Prosecution/DA. Other team members should include representation from Victim Advocacy, Mental Health, Medical, Team Coordinator, Forensic Interviewer or CAC Staff.
