In honor of National Crime Victims' Rights Week, this year's event will feature victims and survivors from the June 17, 2015, Charleston Church Massacre where nine African Americans were murdered during prayer service at the Emanuel African Methodist Episcopal Church in downtown Charleston, South Carolina.

The keynote speakers will share their personal experience of the tragedy and how it has impacted their lives.
