The OJJDP FY24 Expanding Youth Access to Community-Based Treatment – TTA and Program Development will support proposals that develop or expand a cross-system approach to improve responses and outcomes for youth that come into contact with the justice system by diverting youth with mental health disorders and co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders toward community-based treatment and service supports options that are responsive to the youth's unique needs.

This solicitation will seek applications in two categories: Category 1: Adolescent Diversion Program; Category 2: Training and technical assistance provider for program sites to facilitate planning, implementation, and expansion through on site and off site support, consultations with field experts and experience practitioners, strategic planning assistance, and nationwide training events and webinars.

This webinar will provide a general overview of the program, the goals and objectives, a discussion about the application process, and a Q&A opportunity for participants.
