Outcome Measurement System Feedback Survey

The Outcome Measurement System (OMS) gives professionals and multidisciplinary team members the ability to provide feedback about the Children's Advocacy Center (CAC) process.

The new OMS Youth Feedback Survey provides those youth ages 10 to 17 to share their feedback directly about their experience with a Children's Advocacy Center.

The webinar will review how the new survey was developed and lessons learned from the process. More than 200 CACs have adopted the new survey in the first six months of the program.

Kaitlin Lounsbury, Program Evaluation Coordinator at the National Children's Alliance, is the webinar presenter. She will share best practices for collecting surveys from respondents and answer questions from participants.
