This webinar will provide a general overview of the following Purpose Areas (PA) and will highlight key requirements to submit an application for the FY24 Coordinated Tribal Assistance Solicitation (CTAS) opportunity:

  • PA 2: Tribal Justice Systems Strategic Planning Program
  • PA 3: Tribal Justice Systems Program
  • PA 4: Tribal Justice System Infrastructure Program

CTAS provides federally recognized tribes and tribal consortia an opportunity to apply for funding to aid in developing a comprehensive and coordinated approach to public safety. Many of the Department of Justice’s existing tribal government-specific programs are included in and available through this single CTAS opportunity.

When applying, applicants may select the purpose areas that best address their tribe’s concerns related to public safety, criminal and juvenile justice, and the needs of victims and survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, dating violence, and stalking.
