This training will help participants understand the resources available to assist foreign national minor victims of sex and labor trafficking as well as the reporting requirements under the Trafficking Victims Protection Act of 2000, as amended.
Participants will receive an overview of the process to submit a request for assistance to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Office on Trafficking in Persons, as well as gain an understanding of Interim Assistance Letters, Eligibility Letters, and the benefits and services provided to minors who are potential and determined victims of trafficking.
