This two-day TUITION FREE class is designed to acquaint the attendee with all of the scientific aspects of an environmental enforcement case.
Course includes basic chemistry concepts related to environmental enforcement, expert witness testimony in light of Kelly-Frye and Daubert, and case studies which focus upon the problems encountered by environmental prosecutors in the collection, preservation, and admission of scientific data into evidence during a court proceeding.
The class is designed to promote consistent and uniform understanding of scientific principles as they relate to environmental enforcement.
