Wellness in the Workplace for Adults Working with Native Youth

Young people who are not connected to cultural teachings and opportunities often struggle through life with confusion, identity issues, cultural pain and shame, feeling lost and most often yearning for that cultural connection. In many cases, young people who grow up with without cultural teachings and opportunities grow up to be adults without cultural teachings and opportunities. This training is for youth workers who want to bring more cultural teachings and opportunities to their youth programming.

A team of Native adults representing different tribal nations will be the facilitators.
