The manual lists specific action steps for schools, students, parents, and community and community groups. It also presents information regarding preventing juvenile gun violence in schools, searches for weapons and drugs, drug testing of student athletes, truancy, uniforms, alternative education programs for expelled students, conflict resolution, mentoring, information sharing, and effective data collection.
