This document presents the protocols developed to visualize skeletal and dental elements on 2D computed tomography scan (CT) slices and 3D renderings of these elements, as well as the segmentation protocol to extract element surfaces. The protocols were developed as part of National Institute of Justice Awards 2015-DN-BX-K009 and 2017-DN-BX-0144.
