THIS STATE CRIME COMMISSION REPORT IDENTIFIES INDIVIDUALS AND AGENCIES THAT HAVE CONSISTENTLY VIOLATED CRIMINAL SANCTIONS OF THE STATE BAIL BOND LAWS AND SPECIFICALLY DISCUSSES CERTAIN OF THESE VIOLATIONS.

MANY OF THESE VIOLATIONS DEAL WITH THE LICENSING OF AGENTS AND BAIL-BONDSMEN, THE MISUSE OF POWERS OF ATTORNEY, UNLAWFUL FEES, AND THE NON-PAYMENT OF FORFEITED BONDS.
