FOLLOWING A DISCUSSION OF RESEARCH CONSIDERATIONS, THE AUTHORS DEAL WITH TOPICS SUCH AS THE NEED FOR A CORRECTION FACILITY AND PROJECTED JAIL NEEDS. COMMENTS ARE THEN MADE ON A GENERAL OVERVIEW FOR SITE SELECTION AND THE METHOD OF SITE SELECTION. THE AUTHORS THEN DISCUSS SOIL PROPERTIES AND CLIMATE, FOLLOWED BY AN ANALYSIS OF FACILITY REQUIREMENTS AND PROJECT COORDINATION. DIAGRAMS AND DESIGNS ARE ALSO INCLUDED.
