Abstract
THE PHOENIX POLICE DEPARTMENT WILL FIND IT DIFFICULT TO SUPPORT ANY CURRENTLY AVAILABLE AUTOMATED MICROFILM SYSTEM AS AN INDEPENDENT USER. INVESTMENT RETURNS WOULD BE IMPROVED WITH PROGRAMS OF GREATER SCOPE, SUCH AS INCLUSION OF RECORDS OF OTHER CITY DEPARTMENTS OR A UNIFIED MARICOPA COUNTY LAW ENFORCEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM.
