It fulfills the requirements for a long-range construction plan by county and provides counties with architectural and space guidelines for court facilities and estimated court facility needs to the year 2000. In addition, it provides a definitive plan of workload, staff, and facilities for use as a management tool in the administration of the courts. The bulk of the document comprises tabular data.
