Abstract

These supplemental tables to the report Federal Hate Crime Prosecutions, 2005–19 present data on the number of hate crime suspects referred to U.S. attorneys and hate crime defendants convicted in U.S. district court, by federal judicial district and by state or territory, for fiscal years 2005–19. The tables rely on existing administrative data received from the Executive Office for U.S. Attorneys and the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts for BJS’s Federal Justice Statistics Program.
