Abstract
THE PURPOSE OF THIS PROJECT WAS TWO-FOLD: TO PROVIDE RECOMMENDATIONS FOR THE EFFECTIVE USE OF ADDITIONAL PERSONNEL AND TO EVALUATE THE COURT'S CURRENT USE OF PERSONNEL, PARTICULARLY THOSE INVOLVED IN THE COURT'S PILOT RESEARCH AND CASE SCREENING PROGRAM.
