This manual is intended to assist instructors in developing an appropriate lesson plan for nine performance objectives on California criminal law; the performance objectives are included in the basic police training course of the California Commission on Peace Officer Standards and Training.
Abstract
Topics covered include the California law defining an attempt to commit crimes, conspiracies to commit crimes, and solicitation to commit crimes. Other topics include disturbing the peace, disorderly conduct, public nuisance, disturbing a public meeting, obstruction of a sidewalk or street, and gaming violations.
