Abstract
THE TOPICS DISCUSSED AT THE ASSOCIATE JUDGE SEMINAR INCLUDED PROCEDURES IN CRIMINAL AND ORDINANCE VIOLATION CASES, COURTROOM DECORUM, CRIMINAL LAW (SEARCH AND SEIZURE), AND A LECTURE ON SELECTED TOPICS OF EVIDENCE, NAMELY, THE 'DEADMAN'S ACT' AND CONFIDENTIAL COMMUNICATION PRIVILEGES. THE FOLLOWING TOPICS WERE DISCUSSED AT THE JUDICIAL CONFERENCE: TORTS, CHANCERY PROBLEMS AND VIDEO TECHNOLOGY AND THE COURTS. THE LECTURES COVERED INDIVIDUAL RIGHTS UNDER THE CONSTITUTION, SELECTED ASPECTS OF SEARCH AND SEIZURE CRIMINAL LAW, AND WITNESS.
