The communities highlighted by this document include: the Northern District of Alabama; Southern District of California; District of Columbia (Washington, D.C.); Middle District of Florida (MDFL); Middle District of Georgia; Middle District of Louisiana; District of Massachusetts; District of Nebraska; and the Northern District of Oklahoma.
