Abstract

This document consists of a slideshow from a presentation on the Overdose Fatality Review (OFR) Muskegon Team, in Muskegon, Michigan. The slideshow notes the OFR Muskegon’s case load and process, and lays out the key points of the intended and unintended outcomes of building Muskegon’s OFR Team. The presenters highlight a series of events that started with their review of a veteran who died because of an overdose, which led to their search for feedback and survey of teams on what information gaps to priorities, which resulted in the OFR team being connected with a representative from Veterans Affairs who presented to the team and ultimately ended up joining the OFR team and presenting to other OFR teams and the Michigan OFR State Advisory Group.
