LEEP IS A PROGRAM OF LEAA WHICH PROVIDES EDUCATION GRANTS AND LOANS TO PUBLIC LAW ENFORCEMENT AND CRIMINAL JUSTICE PERSONNEL AND STUDENTS WHO ARE COMMITTED TO CAREERS IN THE CRIMINAL JUSTICE SYSTEM.
