Abstract
ROLE OF THE BUSINESSMAN IN UPGRADING CORRECTIONS INCLUDES COUNSELING, EMPLOYING EX-OFFENDERS, SUPPORTING CHANGES IN THE CORRECTIONAL SYSTEM, AND SEEKING SUPPORT FROM OTHER CITIZENS. A CRITICAL EVALUATION IS PRESENTED ON THE PRESENT STATE OF CORRECTIONS, AND COMMUNITY CORRECTIONS ARE ANALYZED AS A CHEAPER AND MORE HUMANE APPROACH.
