This publication reports on the third year of operation of the Maryland Commission on Correctional Standards -- the completed audits of over three-fourths of all State and local adult correctional facilities according to standards developed during the first 2 years, addressing basic life, health, safety, and constitutionally mandated issues.
Abstract
