Abstract
THE USE OF FULL-TIME DISTRICT COURT PROSECUTORS, IMPROVEMENTS IN OFFICE MANAGEMENT, TRAINING AND INTERNSHIP PROGRAMS, JUVENILE COURT PROSECUTORS, FELONY SCREENING, AND THE NARCOTICS STRIKE FORCE ARE DESCRIBED. THE ACTIVITIES OF THE VIOLENT CRIMES LIAISON UNIT, THE HIGH-IMPACT COURT TRIAL TEAM AND INVESTIGATORS, THE PRE-TRIAL DIVERSION PROGRAM, AND THE MAJOR FRAUDS UNIT ARE ALSO OUTLINED. STATISTICS ARE PROVIDED ON INDICTMENTS, INFORMATIONS TYPES OF CHARGES FOR 1971-1974, WARRANTS, APPEALS, FILINGS, AND DISPOSITIONS. THE OPERATIONS OF THE JUVENILE AND COURT SERVICES DIVISION ARE ALSO CONSIDERED. ORGANIZATION CHARTS FOR THE STATE'S ATTORNEY'S OFFICE ARE INCLUDED.
