Abstract
A SUMMARY IS GIVEN OF THE ATTRIBUTES OF THOSE MORE LIKELY TO BE ACCEPTED INTO THE PROGRAM. REASONS FOR INELIGIBILITY INCLUDE A VIOLENT CRIME AS THE PRESENT OFFENSE, WARRANTS OR DETAINERS OUTSTANDING, AND MORE THAN 6 MONTHS OR ONLY SEVERAL WEEKS REMAINING UNTIL PAROLE ELIGIBILITY OR DISCHARGE.
