This Michigan directory lists resources, State forensic facilities, county jails, and mental health agencies that are concerned with problems or potential problems in jails.
Abstract
For each listing, the directory provides information on the agency's name, address, and telephone number. A contact person is listed, when appropriate. Included in the directory are resource centers, the State Mental Health Department, health and safety resources, resources on jail operations and procedures, training resources, other potential resources, the Department of Mental Health regional offices, and centers for developmental disabilities. Also listed are the Michigan Coalition on Substance Abuse and the Michigan substance abuse services network. Over 300 resources are provided.
