It includes instructions for coding the data collected, a sample offender and incident data packet, a system processing information packet, and a California revocation processing packet. The report also presents the rules used for interviewing along with information packets for the offender and victim interviews and packets for program loss assessments, project processing, monthly program monitoring, and the offender-based monitoring report.
