During the year, the New Hampshire Police Standards and Training Council adopted several regulations, expanded its training bulletin to a quarterly publication, and started to develop standard operation procedures.
Abstract
The council is responsible for the certification of all full-time appointed police officers in New Hampshire. The council completed its film library and developed a film catalog available for distribution. It expanded the Recruit Academy and offered a workshop for chiefs and training officers throughout the State. In addition, the council developed and implemented new training for law enforcement officers working with juveniles. Personnel, operating, and budget data are included.
