          Abstract
New trailers were added to alleviate some overcrowding and the chapel was converted into a dormitory. An alcohol abuse program was added and new staff recruited. The work release program had its highest rate of inmate employment. Data also cover inmate characteristics, business and personnel management, maintenance and food service functions, and characteristics of the institutions's satellite units. The facility offers furloughs, halfway house transfers, and community activities.
