Abstract
Following an introductory section, the manual discusses the duties and responsibility of the Board, duties and responsibilities of the staff, and docketing criteria, which include, inter alia, computer entry of docket dates, docket modification by investigators and supervisors, waiver of parole, appeal of parole docket date, special commutation and parole dockets, pardon consideration, and pre-parole conditional supervision. The manual covers procedures related to conditions of parole; investigative reports and documentation; jacket review, personal appearance, special review, and administrative review; calculation of 15+12 and 15+24 dates; and records and information.
