There are two staff PDMP operational employees for 2021 and four “other” types of employees. PDMP policies and procedures cover key PDMP dates; relevant statutes and rules; miscellaneous capabilities and policies; data retention; PDMP user training; PDMP accounts; and criteria for querying PDMP. PDMP enrollment  and use is required for prescribers and dispensers. Veterinarian policies only require that a veterinary icon be on a PDMP report. Data monitored or accessible cover schedules II, III, IV, and V. Data are required for medical marijuana dispensing and naloxone/narcan dispensings. Technological capabilities address ASAP versions accepted; data transmission methods allowed; required data transmitters; data collection, storage, generation, and access; interstate data sharing; data integration; and patient matching. Data requestors and reports authorized for production and that have been produced are noted.
