Information and data are provided for the Ohio Prescription Drug Monitoring Program (PDMP), which is named the Ohio Automated Rx Reporting System (OARRS).
Abstract
The OARRS is administered by the state's Pharmacy Board. The PDMP email address is provided, along with website addresses for the home page, enrollment, queries, data upload, and statistics. Contact information is provided for the OARRS Director. Statistics for 2017 cover the state population (11,694,664), DEA registered prescribers (57,182), and DEA registered dispensers (2,478). OARRS available reports are listed. Funding sources for the OARRS in 2018 were licensing fees, a Harold Rogers grant, a CDC grant, and the 21st Century Cures. Staff numbers for 2018 cover the following job categories: operational (4), technical (0), analytical (1), and "other" (0).
