Results are presented of a survey of State judicial education offices to compile information on the composition and function of judicial education committees in the States and the role of these committees in the development and conduct of judicial education programs.
Abstract
Responses are listed alphabetically by State. Each State judicial education office was asked five questions: (1) is there a State judicial education committee, (2) what is the composition of the committee, (3) what is the term of office, (4) what is the role of committee, and (5) by what authority is the committee established? One table is included.
