This document describes programs for serious, violent, and/or habitual juvenile offenders funded by the Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency.
Abstract
The programs include advanced specialized out-service training for counselors in a chemical abuse program, a juvenile early release program, computer-assisted cognitive intervention for relapse prevention, juvenile aftercare, bilingual social work for drug traffickers, specialized group therapy for sexually abused youth, mental health services, and a juvenile sexual offender/victim program. Each entry included in this document consists of the subgrantee name and address, project director, program title, funding level and project period, and a brief description of program activities.
