Abstract
THE REPORT RECOMMENDS THAT THE TRAINING PROGRAMS BE RESTRUCTURED BECAUSE, IN THE AUTHOR'S OPINION, STUDENTS CANNOT DO ANYTHING WHEN THEY FINISH THE COURSE THAT THEY COULD NOT DO BEFORE IT STARTED. SEVERAL DIFFERENT POLICE OFFICER PERFORMANCE MEASURING SYSTEMS ARE CITED FOR FURTHER STUDY BY THE VERMONT CRIMINAL JUSTICE TRAINING COUNCIL.
